Shipping Details:

The orders will be shipped in 10-14 business working days from the payment confirmation.  The orders will be shipped FEDEX ground to most U.S. locations for $7.99.  FEDEX two day air deliveries are $19.99 to most U.S. locations.  Shipping for Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska are for $13.99.  Canadian orders will go through the United States Postal Service and will cost $23.99.

When your order has been successfully processed you will receive an email verifying that the order has been shipped.  The email will contain your tracking number (if applicable) and an expected delivery date.  You may track your order online at www.fedex.com. 

Returns/Exchanges:

Simply drop us an email at ewald.steve@gmail.com.  If it is necessary to return the merchandise for an exchange or refund, all merchandises must meet the following conditions:

 * Return in original packaging

 * Return in resellable condition (which is UN played and UN used)

 * Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise

 * Enclosed a brief letter of explanation

 * All returns must be prepaid, NO COD's accepted

 * Return to address specified within 14 days of receipt.

Warranty:

Clubs have a one year warranty on materials and workmanship.  Warranty does not apply to abuse of the clubs.
